Why We Are Looking At New Homes

My husband and I would love to buy a house and have decided to only look at home builders Austin. We have a good reason for this too. We don't want to have to worry about something breaking or falling apart when we first move in. We know all houses have issues at some point but we want to start off not having to worry about it. We are hoping that if we do that it will be easier for us and give us time to build up a savings for any issues we might have down the road.
